Unfortunately, the share price is at a level in line with what it should be due to DM.

Below is the investing strategy I use and rightly or wrongly I feel a lot of investors use the same strategy.

Research the product, if I believe it is a good product, resource (or what every industry it is in) then I research the BoD.
If I feel the BoD have the ability to take the company forward, I then make my investment.
If I feel the BoD don't have the ability required, then I don't invest.

So why would any new investor invest in 4DS with the current BoD, unless you are a pure gambler.

I am weighing up the potential upside of this possible game changing technology against the company being run by a clown. Should I hold or sell.

If a CR is offered to current shareholders, how can we confidently investor more money with the clown in charge. We can't.

Now as Gas has stated, he wants the opportunity to vote the clown out, so do I (even though I did vote against at the last AGM).

I just feel if we replace the clown with someone that has the ability to take the company forward, we will get more investors interested and the SP with move north.
