Gas, I can see your point to view.
To have a board member removed at and EGM does not reflect positivity on the company as a whole. Probably will hurt the SP initially. But the alternative is to wait another 6-12 months, and he screws things up again (which is a given) and we want him outed. Same situation but 12 months down the road.
Let's not be like DM and constantly kick the can down the road saying this was always the plan.
Time to be proactive.
