I think people are frustrated by the absolute lack of accountability. Without knowing the guy, the way he conducts his business says a lot about him. Ive come across real estate agents and used car salesmen with more character and integrity, which says a fair bit.
I think he is silent because there is no good way out of this, and it is totally of his doing. Hes hoping water will pass under the bridge and he will get another year of grifting 400k odd in salaries for doing nothing but sinking shareholders.
Even if he doesn't get the boot (which he should), he needs to be removed from the sales pool no matter what happens. That he has earned.
