So Infineon basically building a mini computer with transistors and gates to take the memory cell into a proper real world design, i assume. Not sure how long that initially takes. I think 15 months is just for anything further down the track if needed. Don't think they would do this with 60nm cells so 20nm seems likely to have succeeded
