Either way you look at this announcement it is positive and a step in the right direction IMO.

For Promotora de Minas de Carbón to receive their shares in INF they essentially require the following:

1) To have the PIV in application by the 1st of September i.e. re-submit the application to the Junta
2) To have the PIV approved by the 31st of November

Each of the 2 milestones above are worth 20M options being awarded.

This can only be seen as a positive because one way or another, we are going to have a fairly firm answer by the 30th of November if the project will be proceeding or not.

In the meantime, INF can proceed with paperwork in the background in regards to the final feasibility study, Met work at Dofner in Germany & liaising with the BATTCHAIN consortium Re:finance.
