Is it correct that the court case is for the open pit mine? Meaning the court case is a free swing because the underground would be a near certainty. If this is the case and the open pit is not approved, I can guarantee dumb investors will sell this into the ground despite the real future lying in the underground. Or am I incorrect and the court appeal is just for mining in general?
