Why would LG energy contemplate spending time, energy and money negotiating an MOU with Infinity if it wasn't confident that the permit issue could be rectified.
Good to see the board of INF are not standing still and its business as usual. I was always confident that the issues surrounding the permit were more to do with shoddy administrative irregularities within the local council rather than fault with INF's application.
