It seems that their mild success during the pandemic had the management losing their heads. Their performance has been going downhill since then.

1) the breakthrough contract to supply enteric test kits in Britain got cancelled
2) their STD test kits seem to be permanently stalled at the TGA
3) the FDA application process is managed so incompetently beyond description
4) management of the company's finances is way too poor, with rapid cash drain being met by ever increasing delays of promised revenue sources

And now they have encountered problems of their core revenue generating product. It is just disastrous. I think selling the company might be the best course of action. Otherwise it is going down the drain.

My confidence in the management in the past was clearly misplaced.
