Haven’t had a good look into his track record yet but he appears to have joined WPP at a time where the company was struggling. Revenue decreasing by double digits FY2018 - 2020.
Jens joined at the end of 2019. 2020 Q1 - Q4 revenue (152, 144, 154, 163) show a turnaround (could be seasonality). As well as a reduction of ~70m of costs reduced as a part of a transformation and supposed good momentum leading into 2021. Targeting mid single digit growth again in 2021.
Company was bought out not long after.
