i would agree. The annoying part here (pardon the pun) is they gave no useful information whatsoever.....(Simple Parts' EBITDA, revenue etc?) this is pretty basic stuff. Other than to say it is expected to be "EPS accretive" and how much they paid upfront and as an earn out..... are they kidding...
This management group has started to show the typical traits of management that act like employees only interested in their big base salary and STI/LTIs, and not as owner-operators/shareholders. (I hope I'm proven wrong)
