This is the question everyone should be asking. IMO it can be one of two answers:

1) They know the results and are getting funds now rather than later (make of that what you will); or
2) They really dont care about SH'ers or the SP, just reading the Exec101 rulebook on how to CR and disregarding the chapter on "timing thereof".

Fair play, though, with this management it really could be either option. The upcoming results could be stellar, and they could just want to line their mates pockets one more time..... or it could be a worse option.
