Financial Officers/advisors - do they have them? Yes….so that is their job.
You are trying very hard to discredit MSB at every turn and it is really getting comical what you are coming up with.
I agree MSB have not been great in some areas of but to say they are not assessing the financial landscape when they need money is just ridiculous.
The large CR is proof they have assessed the economic landscape.
