I think you have a point... not necessarily one that I agree with though.
In any case, I took your rambling to heart and hit my entitlement limit with my super money.
And then guess what... I saw the checkbox to opt for more ! I took it.
Why not ... this is unprecedented. I have the funds and if the register has more shares available ( i.e. gift from scared mums and dads ), they will give me more.
Don't let any of this dampen your spirits though. Retail have no brains, they need to be saved.
