This is at the heart of the situation. A board and various other players who did not have shareholder interest in mind. It’s telling the board didn’t participate in the last CR, and Aaron put his stock up for collateral for a 900k ‘loan’, from a ASIC wanted shyster.
There seems little doubt that the employees we paid for were working on other projects, deals, companies, some under IOU, some not. The IDSB deal is the mother of all these, if it turns out the licence is not renewed, or connections can be made to other ‘mates rates’ type arrangements, we are in deep water. I can’t see the 20$mill coming back, and I can’t find any meaningful information about IDSB online. I know Aaron spruiked a public service employee figure of 18 million, but it seems IDSB has dealings with only around 30 000 or so. Happy to be corrected if I’m wrong, or if anyone can shed more light of the deal???
