AUI only run with about 35 stocks, hardly ever seem to tweak, and don’t anything beyond the required minimum by way of shareholder engagement. They really only have one major shareholder to satisfy (that holds around half the company), and I guess everyone else just stumps up their money and goes along for the ride.
PS. I think AFI, ARG, AUI and BKI all have very reasonable costs, between around 0.1% and o.18% PA.
