    BV: agree, not an easy task. Personally, I've just been taking all the details I can find from the website around to MP's, waste disposal peeps, etc and suggesting that there are solutions out there and suggesting they get together and talk it over. Waste has to be dealt with. And of course, at this stage, most just listen politely to me. I'm probably talking to the wrong people. The State Environment Ministers is who I should be talking to.
