Hi Turtle,Yes, DBK is the one way up to the North West. Very nice coal. Similar to BBM coking but much thicker seam.The lads there have not been able to work out a viable logistics path for some years. Very high Hardgrove index (similar to BBM), so handling is a priority. The road path, really needs to cross the Barito, which is a big job. They started some years ago to put together a conveyor across the river near Krajan. This stopped a long time ago.Regarding rocks in the river, there is way more than one rock to navigate to CKA, many many more. Even from Batu Tuhup downstream, there are a series of shoals at various points. The normal barges on the Barito don't work well in this area. They can work, but for limited time.IMHO
