What is the minimum capital needed for the company to get to operation that is fully fundable from internal accruals --- that means -- capital needed to build and commission the conveyor, rectify and normalize the road, acquire at least two 4000 tonne barges to self transport coal from Batu Tuhup to an ISP, upfront fees to use the ISP and an extra atleast 2-3 months of operational working capital cash to continue mining and coal transport to ISP operations even during absence of coal sales / coal pick up.
