Even eggs are not free in the supermarket mate. People are assuming CKA can just pick up the shovels and keep mining and selling coal, without infrastructure in place. Infrastructure needs money, mining coal needs money, mining contractors need to be paid, moving barges need money.
Something as simple as that is somehow lost on you and the folks here -- is baffling !!!
