play dough you're not seeing the writing on the wall -- because you can't over come your bias. the management has again lied about the barges -- no coal sales. there is no mining happening -- no money and hence no stockpile.
and now they just said they will need a lot more money and a lot more time to "try" and iron out the logistics. people who bought based on the current logistics plan they need to understand -- current logistics plan has failed. and hence they need a new plan.
back to square one with a lot more capital needed. 4 cents coming
