If the expectation of barges, sales of coal as announced actually happened as indicated as per announcements then the market negativity would be tempered and even reversed. In the absence of confirmations and elongated drawn out time lines can any expect positive market reaction?? Uncertainty feeding into sp retreat.

Re how many shares on market below 10c - not really anything to go by, as sellers will reload quicker than any barge loadings at similar levels. Dare the market to argue and show it's disagreement. Come on, come on back up to above 10c - what's stopping you, a few sellers - or is a barge blocking you??
