    bag holders are stuck, cant sell in no liquidity. People who say oh but my basis is 3c or 4c --- they say it come down from 25c to 8 as well --- that f*s up any portfolio because portfolios align to MTM gains over time. So they are struck and cant sell, but will be forced to at somepoint.
