Rain matters a lot. 125mm on 10th and 35mm yesterday at Muara Teweh (and a little less in highlands) will have very high levels. Muara Teweh bridge operating range for 250ft barges 5.5m-12.5m. >100mm will mean exceed that but falls fast as it's massive. SJ knowledge of some other upstream of Muara Teweh points at risk at very low levels. 2023 el niño year 110 days good. 2021&22 210-240 accessible days. The bottle neck matters more until a downstream stock pile established so barging from Batu Tuhup can be on opportune river days and sales from there whenever shipping present.
To me this is an excellent announcement- increased usage of Batu Tuhup infrastructure, ISP access at Buntok.
