Cokal is doing the big picture stuff. Sharing infrastructure cost, future revenue from road and Batu Tuhup and Buntok ISP available now and not in a couple of years at a cost of US$10 to 15 million.
The near term picture is blurry and just not meeting the stated goals in the stated timeframe.
This has to be addressed to see share price appreciation that one hopes will come when big picture stuff becomes utilised.
