6. This proposed joint venture in logistics will not be favourable for Cokal
7. that Cokal doesn't have other customers lined up once logistics firmly ironed out.
If you have this evidence, then you may be the one's who may be accused of insider trading. LOL.
Management haven't lied as some claim. They do not control barges from other companies. Is it possible there could be another reason for the delay to pick up ONE shipment? Or does it all have to be an end of the world scenario? Maybe mgt want to address the issue with all the solutions to any problems that have arisen before they announce anything?
I for one, really like this announcement today. It creates a symbiotic relationship for both companies. Petrindo do not start production until Qtr 1 and they would also have very difficult logistics if it were not for Cokal. So this works well for both companies and should be delivered as a priority. Petrindo doesn't not come in with a position of power as claimed, as they will end up with a stranded asset.
So if funding is not the issue, that would mean the logistics will be sorted in time. In the meanwhile production and sales will continue, albeit at a reduced rate. Then what happens after the logistics are running? Ramp up in every way.
