Forget Rail to Geralton because that will be building a railway line 700kms... Then you need a deep water Port ... Geralton isn't a deep water port Oakajee is not built yet and is probably never going to be.. not in the near future anyway. 300km of Rail to Leonora, looks like the easiest and cheapest way to go. Expansion of Esperance Port for share infrastructure won't be too much of a problem... MIO are already in discussions with them.
