I completely understand the importance of the deal. I think you probably dont understand how important financial disclosures are to valuing a stock price.
CKA does not provide any numbers on cost, price and margins -- making it impossible for anyone to truly value the stock.
You can buy on a fairy tale, but when the clock rings 12 -- the witch magic needs to be backed by numbers. Where are the numbers?
