Update 3: 29th May Image - There appears to be a fourth land area being cleared potentially for coal although given proximity to houses cannot say the designated use yet- suspect another ISM. Unclear who owns what but the ISM on the river hairpin bend seems to be bigger and have more coal with every more recent image I can find
