    In private companies the main focus is profit.
    Public companies are all about the share price.
    Institutional investors will not invest in the absence of an independent board, irrelevant of performance.
    There are no buyers for this stock at the current market cap.
    Who will be the buyer when the top 50 start selling!
    Unless of course the top 50 are happy to sit now and buy from each other at a higher price later!
