While everyone here is getting BULLed up, any one ever considered the reality that the buyer and seller of coal at CKA is the same. Eddie's man is leading CKA and mining and selling the coal to -- Eddie.

Say Met coal is $300 and at 10% discount for quality CKA coal is worth $270. So eddie should buy the coal at $270 less 6% = $254.

Now what if Karan is actually selling the coal to Eddie at $240-$250 less 6% = $225-235.

Karan can just tell the investors the discount in quality is 15-20%, not 10%.

Who is auditing? Who is checking? NO ONE.

Eddie doesnt care if CKA is hugely profitable -- he will be selling that $225 coal in the market for $270 and make a cool $45 per every tonne sold.
