The resent reaction from the market would suggest it doesn't believe the agreement regarding the road is going to make any difference to the company or dont believe CKA actually have an agreement.

If the agreement materialises and the SP still stagnants you, me and other older shareholders might have difficulty ever making what we thought in our lifetime. lol

If the quarterly doesn't show a substantial increase in revenue i think we are simply a company being used to make money for a already wealthy shareholder more wealthy. IMHO
