The fact that SJ, a committed very experienced individual on the subject matter and knowledge of the topography offered his services to join the Board and was rejected by Eddie also insinuates that.
Think about that for a minute, Eddie rejects SJ to join the board for a token fee, at the same time he allows the engagement of taylor's at a cost of more than $1ml for zero benefit to the shareholders.
Having said that, SJ is on the record supporting the current Board and suggesting they are independent.
