    Yes, absolutely it can, but my point was that it will not have any impact in the content of the quarterly, other than noting that the MoU was signed and announced in that quarter, June 12.

    I gather, as SJ postulates, it takes a fair while for the final agreement to be mapped, agreed and inked!
