If they keep building/expanding asset footprints in growth sectors, the buyers will come - especially on the DC side of the business. I worked a similar thesis on MAQ when they began expanding the arm of their DC business & it took a while for the market to catch on but once they did the share price moved about 150% fairly rapidly.
