Current asset value is not something I’m particularly focused on.
The IFT business model only works well if they can grow the value of the assets, to eventually sell them for profit, generate a bigger cash pile & move on. They’ve done this pretty consistently over time, so as a holder I’m betting on them achieving this again.
The assets they hold are leveraged to some big growth sectors, plus they are actively investing to expand those businesses so they *should* see growth via investment/expansion plus the organic growth in revenues we would expect to see in the tech/alternative energy sectors.
