Thanks Baldy. Yes it is what I meant when I said that Healius was more diagnostic related. Because their pathology business is called Specialist Diagnostic Services. In fact, I realise that they have a wording problem. Both of their businesses are called diagnostic : specialist diagnostic services (for pathology) and diagnostic imaging (for radiology).
As we both say, so only a small part of Healius business is comparable to QScan. The problem is even worth when we look at EBITDA contribution, as 82 % of Healius EBITDA (before corporate costs) come from the pathology division. And in term of assets, Healius has 146 imaging sites, but they also have 2234 pathology sites and 15 day hospitals.
