    They way I understood it, Quadrant owned the whole of Qscan (to my knowledge) or is that incorrect?

    Infratil and it's unlisted sister fund also run by Morrison & Co. have formed a consortium, which together have bid $700m for the unit - being the entirety of Qscan = $70m EDITDA

    It was then later reported that Qscan is expected to be worth ~$700m which again suggests that the above be true. The question that remains is how much is Infratil's share and how much is the sister funds share? Because ultimately, when I first saw $700m I thought how the heck is Infratil suppose to fund that acquisition without an additional equity injection. My guess it'll be 50%-50% as $350m sounds somewhat affordable and Infratil have been chasing healthcare exposure for awhile.
