I should add, NXT (market cap $6 billion) have about 80 MW current capacity & runway for 250 MW.
CDC has 133 MW current capacity & runway for 430 MW.
Back of an envelope, CDC has to be worth around $10 Bn - IFT owning half should be valued around $5 Bn.
Current market cap of IFT is $3.6 Bn, she looks well undervalued IMHO.
