All up looks like a good transaction. Brookfield I believe have left a bit on the table with a possible infrastructure sell down similar to the tower transaction however, due to their structure and different types of "funds" they have a much shorter investment horizon.
One NZ should spit of a significant amount of cash to fund both future investments in more capital intensive fields i.e renewables and diagnostic imaging, while maintaining a healthy dividend.
I've got a feeling this raise is going to be significantly scaled back if the insto offer is anything to go by.
