Interesting to see in the latest ongoing disclosures that nearly every Infratil board member was directly involved in the raising. Below amounts are what they contributed to the raising (on top of their existing holdings)
Alison Gerry - $54,718.65 ($10.15 per share)
Jason Boyes - $1,448,790.70 ($10.15 per share)
Andrew Clark - $417,895.80 ($10.15 per share)
Paul Gough - $305,849.95 ($10.15 per share)
Kirsty Mactaggart - $105,823.90 ($10.15 per share)
Peter Springford - Not mentioned in the latest disclosure
Anne Urlwin - None
Not on the board of Infratil, but is the current CEO of Morrison.
Paul Newfield - $1,286,370.40 ($10.15 per share)
I'm aware their salaries are probably well above the average retail investors, but its always good to see what I still consider some significant involvement from management investing alongside fellow shareholders.
