They said there is only $1b now, and no debt. Yes, there will most likely be a recording on the website in a few days, they've never not recorded it as far as I'm aware.
There were some disgruntled shareholders re: management fees, which I too support.
Other points/ Q&A:
- Looking at M&A, especially in healthcare.
- Not really interested in Sky except for what's already been established.
- Vodaphone looking to improve customer satisfaction.
- Trustpower is not looking at tidal energy due to high construction and maintenance costs.
- They will not be pressured into returning funds (buy-back/special divvy) due to low interest rates, they'll conservatively look for opportunities.
- Management are looking at helping the market realise the value of Infratil.
