Possibly a great time to be shopping around for infrastructure like a Port right now, probably not a great time to be selling. Certainly some risk going forward but the outlook on shipping volumes would have to factor in a fair amount of uplift over the medium-long term.
By the same logic, I *guess* airports or related infrastructure might also be in the radar if buying at an appropriate COVID discount?
Not sure I’d love to see IFT jump any deeper into that investment space but I’m assuming they are constantly trawling for opportunities across every sector.
