Thanks Dalto for this breakdown of Infratil asset value.
I am trying to estimate the net asset value.
So, I guess we need to adjust for the net financial debt* (before Tilt disposal), the bonds (infrastructure and perpetual) and the tax they would have to pay if they sell all their holdings.
Did they say how much tax they will have to pay on the disposal of their holding in Tilt ?
* always tricky calculation, because the debt may already be included in the value of the different assets.
