I am slightly confused on the 50.1% ownership.

Will Infratil own 50.1% of Auckland Radiology directly or indirectly? Because Pacific Radiology is also going to own a percentage of Auckland Radiology, of which Infratil owns between 54.1% and 56.2% of Pacific Radiology being the indirect holding.

So I wonder if that 50.1% mentioned above, will be Infratil's direct stake or Infratil's combined stake of it's own holding plus it's exposure through Pacific Radiology.

I had a quick read will need to run my eyes over it tonight properly.
