Yep I am in again,I bought this back in December 2020 for $3.19 for long term dividends with franking and watched it go to $4.00 in Jul 2021.
I thought at the time, this is too good to pass up,even with the the CGT involved, so I sold with a view to buy back in if/when it dropped in price.
I am back in again today at $3.20 with a view to buy a little more if it drops to around $3.10. Dividend in April is a nice bonus.It is a reliable dIvidend producer with 100% franking which I like and only makes up about 2.4% of my portfolio.
