Cheers mate, I agree that it could be too early to buy. A fall like Friday is usually not a one day event.
On the other hand, I have no problem with a company like ING selling off its property- either before or after IPO. Management can form the view that funds can get a better long term return being invested in the core business rather than in holding the property. Current laws around tax and accounting treatments of leases makes this less of a fiddle than it was back in the day.
I am prepared to watch and wait at the moment here. That means that I will continue to read the financials and the macro. No hurry.
