There is a momentum in real estate, that's why agents often advertise 1 sold when selling a number of units even if it hasn't. There is comfort knowing someone before you has taken the plunge. Once a hundred units are sold it makes the salesperson's job so much easier. I'm confident this momentum will continue to build over the next few years making this stock a tidy little earner. It helps also having a top line management team.
