Boomers also tend to have limited superannuation compared to following generations so plenty will be looking for MHE type homes. There's a perfect storm brewing which will strike over the next 10 years or so and INA is well placed to take advantage of it.
Agree that the Aveo storm has hurt INA a bit but INA has almost exited the DMF business entirely. So there should be limited reputational and regulatory risk to INA from this scandal.
