Maybe wishful thinking but I am hopeful the U.S. transaction has been finalized. The commentary has always suggested that the delays are purely because of Hurricane Sandy tying up peoples time.

Then perhaps the trading halt is more due to the NZ sale is now back on and getting close. Last time they did say talks were still continuing.

I am thinking this way as the share price has had a fairly good week or so lately. Of course I could be wrong and the news could be these transactions falling through, though in that case I would imagine some of this would have got leaked and we would have seen share price weakeness of late.
