agree
'solid investment going forward' is the relative expression and most appropriate sentiment.
if anyone hoped for some magic quick profit they are dreaming.
but those of us in early are doing well.
the future for well-managed services for the elderly, aligned with the property they need, gives good cash flow and capital appreciation.
INA is still a buy for the future. Sir Ron will make money out of this one for MVT.
Given MVT's spread of investments, and its own shareholders and directors, the preferred holding for INA holders, could be now MVT,maybe taking the profit from INA and switching.
Any thoughts on that ??
